Delivery

Methods of delivery

  • Standard delivery;
  • Express delivery;
  • Next day delivery; and
  • International delivery

Customers may have a choice amongst the methods. The choice of method may, however, be conditioned by the place of delivery and/or the types of products purchased.

Places of delivery

We will deliver anywhere in the world (including the Outer Hebrides, Timbuktu, and Antarctica).

Delivery charges

The charging structure for deliveries is relatively straightforward, it's best to set it out in full in the policy to know what you are going to pay!

VAT may be payable upon delivery charges. The general rule is that VAT will be payable on delivery charges where it is payable on the product price.

Problems

Problems associated with the delivery of products - can be dealt with either in T&Cs of sale or a legally-enforceable delivery policy.

Typically, we will re-deliver as soon as practicable in the event of a problem cause by the shipping company, but will reserve the right to levy a further delivery charge in the event that the problem was caused by the buyer.

Tracking

We provide tracking numbers to our customers to track their packages.

Customer obligations

If the customer has any particular obligations in relation to deliveries, for example they must receive deliveries in person or sign for them, which is specified in the T&Cs of sale in a legally-enforceable delivery policy.

Shipping

Please allow between 7-15 days for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at sales@redkart.net to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
