RFP Indian Journal of Hospital Infection publishes scientifically authoritative, clinically applicable, peer-reviewed research on control and evaluation of the transmission of pathogens in healthcare institutions and on the use of epidemiological principles and methods to evaluate and improve the delivery of care. Major topics covered include infection control practices, surveillance, cost-benefit analyses, resource use, occupational health, and regulatory issues. IJHI is the foremost resource on infection control, epidemiology, infectious diseases, quality management, occupational health, and disease prevention. The aim of the Journal is to publish high quality research and information relating to infection prevention and control that is relevant to an international audience.

RFP Indian Journal of Hospital Infection is the Peer-Reviewed and Refereed Journal.

About the Editor

Dr. Ramendra Pati Pandey is a Post-doctoral Scientist at Department of Medicine, University of Sao Paulo, and fellowship from Sao Paulo Research Foundation – FAPESP. He has done his M.Sc. Biotechnology, from the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New- Delhi, India. He was a Research fellow in the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (2007-2009), funded by National Science Council, Taiwan. He has done his PhD in the field of Nano Biotechnology from the University of Delhi. He is an executive council member of the Indian Immunology Society (2014-2016). He is an editorial board member of the International Journal of Biotechnology Applications. He has seven international research publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals and a book chapter of Liver Transplantation. Awarded with the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India Young Scientist Award (2010), Indian Immunology Society Young Scientist Award (2013), European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS) Travel Award ( 2012) , British Society of Immunology Travel Award ( 2012) , Federation of Immunological Societies of Asia Oceania Travel Award ( 2012 and 2015) , American Association of Immunologists Travel Award (2013) , International Union of Immunological Societies Travel Award ( 2013),and FAPESP Post-doctoral Research Fellowship (2015).
